a)  If a layout or proof is provided for inspection on any work to be completed, then we are not responsible for errors of any kind in the engraving, design, layout, style, size or any other information provided in said proof once it is approved for production.  We do accept digital approval on most proofs.  Some large (over $1000), custom, or special orders that require out-sourcing to one of our manufacturers may require a hand written signature, due to liability risks and may incur a fee for the proof (especially multiple proofs for design changes).

b)  Payment due at time of order (in some cases payment may be due at pick up), unless otherwise agreed upon at time of order (i.e. school purchase orders and military procurement cards). We reserve the right to require payment in full before production begins.

c)  Our normal turn around time is 3 - 5 business days.  Large orders, out of stock items, and special order items may take longer.  Alabama Clay items can take up to 3 weeks, if we don't have any on hand.

d)  Orders placed for same day or next day pick up may be subject to a rush fee.  Rush fee varies based on the order placed (minimum $5).  Please call the store for more information.

e)  Sales tax exemption proof is required on an annual basis in the State of Alabama and should be emailed to prattvilletrophy@bellsouth.net

f)  Shipping is available upon request.  The charges are billed separately and payment is REQUIRED before the order ships.

g)  Artwork should be black and white vector art (NOT greyscale).  Most formats (ie .jpg .bmp .pdf .png, etc) are acceptable.  Please do not send anything in a Power Point file.

h)  Emailing the wording to be engraved can be helpful. This aids in preventing errors and expediting production.  Text can be in the face of the email or as an attachment (ie .doc .docx or .pdf -- but not Power Point)

i)  We appreciate our customers. We strive to accommodate there wishes, provide excellent quality and superior customer service in a timely manner.  If we feel that we cannot accomplish that or that these standards might be lowered in any way, we reserve the right to refuse any order, without explanation.
